Certified Med Tech (CMT) nights, 11pm-7am

• MUST HOLD ACTIVE CMT LICENSE IN THE STATE OF RHODE ISLAND !!!!!
• Must have an active CPR certification.
• Administer routine and as needed medications daily, either prescription or non-prescription to patients.
• Coordinate with the nurse to assist with patient care and medications.
• Ability to perform under pressure while ensuring safety.
• Follow written or verbal instructions on how to manage medications.
• Record medication dosages and times, as well as prn results.
• Observe patients, document and report any changes in their condition.
• Gather samples and send to the lab for anylysis when ordered.
• Uphold all health and safety standards.
• Respond to patient emergencies as per policy.
• Be able to use intercom systems, to identify patient needs, to answer phones and take messages.
• Represent Darlington assisted living in a professional manner, always putting the needs of our residents first.
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to work as a team player
• FLEXIBILITY to pick up shifts as needed.
• Patience and understanding for geriatric patients and patients with mental illnesses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
