We're seeking compassionate Certified Med Tech, to join our dynamic team. This role offers unparalleled flexibility, allowing you to design your career path on your terms.

Responsibilities:

• Administer routine medications to residents in accordance with Missouri state regulations and facility policy
• Follow the Five Rights of Medication Administration (right resident, medication, dose, route, time)
• Document medication administration accurately in MAR/eMAR systems
• Observe residents for medication side effects, adverse reactions, and changes in condition; report findings promptly to the nurse
• Measure and record vital signs as required prior to medication administration
• Assist with medication set-up, storage, inventory, and controlled substance counts per facility policy
• Ensure medications are stored, labeled, and disposed of in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Communicate effectively with nurses, physicians, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times
• Provide respectful, compassionate care that promotes resident dignity and safety
• Assist with basic ADLs when needed (if also functioning as CNA)

Required Qualifications:

• Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice.
• Certified Medication Technician (CMT) and/or Level I Medication Aide (LIMA ).
