Job Summary: We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical terminology, patient care, and administrative support. As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality healthcare services to our patients. Responsibilities: - Perform vital signs assessments, including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, and respiratory rate - Assist healthcare providers with medical procedures and examinations - Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals - Provide medical administrative support, including scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and managing insurance documentation - Ensure the cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and medical equipment - Assist with patient education and counseling on various health topics - Collaborate with other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care Requirements: - Certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited program - Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy - Proficient in basic life support techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred Skills: - Proficient in medical terminology - Ability to accurately measure vital signs - Knowledge of medical administrative procedures - Strong patient service skills - Basic understanding of anatomy and physiology - Familiarity with medication administration protocols Join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals and make a difference in the lives of our patients.
