Certified Medical Assistant

Established Primary Care Clinic in the Orlando, Florida area is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our growing team.

Requirements:

• Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification
• Certified Phlebotomy experience required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical clinic or primary care setting preferred
• Experience working with Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance patients
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused attitude

Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians and healthcare providers with patient care
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection
• Take and record vital signs and patient medical history
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
• Perform EKGs and basic clinical procedures as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Manage patient flow and assist with administrative tasks when needed
• Ensure compliance with clinic protocols and healthcare regulations
