Certified Medical Assistant

Join our warm, patient-centered family practice in Naples! We're a small, independent clinic committed to building long-term relationships with our community and providing compassionate, personalized care. We're seeking a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant to support our physicians and help keep our office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Room patients, take vital signs, and obtain medical histories.
• Assist with exams, procedures, and minor treatments.
• Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and basic lab tests as needed.
• Handle patient education, charting in EHR, and preparing exam rooms.
• Support front office tasks when required (scheduling, phone, etc.).

Schedule & Hours:

• Full-time: 38-40 hours per week.
• Shift hours.
• Includes every other weekend.
• Clinic operates Mon-Fri 8a-8p and Sat-Sun 9a-5p.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting at $23/hour.
• Full time hours will be eligible for benefits after 60 days; including medical, dental, vision and other ancillary services.
• PTO starts at 90 days.

Requirements:

• Must be a Certified Medical Assistant (e.g., CMA via AAMA, CCMA via NHA, RMA via AMT, or equivalent – certification is required).
• Active certification and Florida eligibility to perform clinical duties.
• Experience in a clinical/outpatient setting (family practice or primary care preferred).
• Strong phlebotomy skills, attention to detail, and excellent patient interaction.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work independently when needed.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
