We are a compassionate, multi-disciplinary practice dedicated to providing exceptional care for patients with brain and spine conditions. Our integrative team includes a Neurologist, Chiropractor, Acupuncturist, and Massage Therapist, all working together to help patients heal and thrive.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Medical Assistant who is experienced in both clinical and administrative duties — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with patients, and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.

About the Role

As a key member of our care team, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring a smooth patient experience from check-in to follow-up. You’ll assist with both patient care and front office responsibilities while maintaining a warm, professional, and organized environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in/out patients with professionalism and compassion
  • Verify insurance benefits and complete prior authorizations
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient communications via phone, email, and EMR
  • Take patient vitals, update medical histories, and assist providers during exams
  • Prepare exam rooms and maintain clinical supplies
  • Enter accurate documentation in the EMR system
  • Coordinate procedure requests and follow up on authorizations
  • Support physicians and clinical staff with day-to-day administrative and clinical needs

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a medical office or specialty clinic
  • Strong experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations
  • Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Windows
  • Fast, accurate typing and excellent computer navigation skills
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Calm, friendly, and professional communication skills with patients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-focused setting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
