Certified Medical Assistant

The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – Chronic Care Management supports physicians and care teams in delivering comprehensive, non–face-to-face care coordination services for patients with two or more chronic conditions. The CMA assists with care plan implementation, patient outreach, medication reconciliation, documentation, and quality metric tracking in compliance with CMS Chronic Care Management (CCM) guidelines.

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
