Certified Medical Assistant

Full Time Certified Medical Assistant needed for busy Gyn private practice. Hours are M-Th 8:00 - 5:30 and F 8:00 - 1:00. Must have 2 years of post education experience and have a current CMA. Position includes scheduling appointments, check in, check out, lab workup, preparing exam rooms, sterilizing instruments, assisting physician with exams and procedures, scheduling surgeries, pre-certifications, prior authorizations, supply inventory/ordering, and patient results follow up, referrals and medical records.

Excellent EMR skills are needed. Athena Health experience is a plus. We are a small specialty medical office and communication skills, interpersonal skills, and patient follow up skills are needed.
