Certified Medical Assistant

As a Certified Medical Urology Assistant, you'll be a vital part of a small, family-owned medical practice, supporting physicians and ensuring patients receive compassionate, efficient care. The role blends clinical duties with administrative precision, all within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Support:

• Assist with urological procedures and bladder catheterization
• Escort patients, take vitals (BP, weight, pulse, temperature), and document in charts
• Prepare exam rooms and maintain stock levels

Administrative & Technical Tasks:

• Proficient with MS Office and eClinicalWorks (or similar EMR systems)
• Deliver excellent & professional phone and in-person service.
• Manage patient lab reports and scheduling
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Certified Medical Assistant with some Urology experience or interested in expanding skills and knowledge in urological procedures and bladder catheterization
• Skilled multitasker with strong organizational habits
• Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
• Team player who can triage tasks and follow leadership direction
• Adaptable to evolving responsibilities
