Certified Medical Assistant

Overview:

Responsibilities:

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on health management
- Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems
- Provider proper nursing interventions as ordered or directed by a provider
- Assist with limited medical procedures as permitted by credential
