Certified Medical Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care and support the medical staff in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Duties:

- Perform patient intake procedures including vital signs, weight, and height measurements.
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
- Administer medications under the direction of a physician.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Coordinate patient appointments and referrals.
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and medications.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

- Certification as a Medical Assistant.
- Proficiency in patient service, medication administration, and medical terminology.
- Knowledge of basic life support (BLS) procedures.
- Understanding of physiology and internal medicine practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a hospital or clinical environment.
