Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for examination
• Record vital signs, medical history, and chief complaints
• Assist physicians during exams and procedures
• Perform phlebotomy, injections, EKGs, and point-of-care testing
• Prepare and clean exam rooms between patients
• Manage clinical supplies and equipment
• Process specimens and lab paperwork
• Document accurately in the electronic medical record (EHR)
• Maintain infection control and safety protocols
• Support smooth patient flow and clinic efficiency

Qualifications

Required

• Medical Assistant certification
• Prior experience in an outpatient medical practice
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable using EHR systems

Preferred

• Phlebotomy experience
• Experience performing EKGs
• Primary care or multi-specialty background
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
