We are seeking a motivated and highly organized LPN or Certified Medical Assistant to join our Spine Surgery and Pain Medicine practice. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your professional experience in a dynamic, fast-paced medical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document patient encounters accurately in the EHR system
• Provide direct clinical support to physicians during patient visits and procedures
• Coordinate and follow patients through the surgical process
• Assist in our fluoroscopy suite and support pain medicine services
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure optimal patient care and workflow efficiency
• Role requires resilience and a proactive mindset in a changing environment
• Best suited for individuals comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving improvements

Requirements:

• Current LPN license or active CMA certification (required)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to travel to our Chatham office 2-3x a week, as needed.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to quality patient care
• Must have a strong knowledge of medical terminology, along with excellent grammar and spelling skills.
• Working hours are 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, and 7:45 AM to 3:30 PM on Fridays. Availability to stay later on certain days for closing is required. Must be available between 7:45am to start on certain days.

Location: Main office is in Chatham NJ. Full-time position based in Sparta, NJ. Must be able to travel between our satellite offices.
