We are a medical office specializing in Hormone Replacement Therapy seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our team. This role includes both clinical and front desk responsibilities.

Responsibilities include:

• Patient intake: update medical history, medications, and allergies
• Obtain and document vital signs, height, weight, BMI
• Lab draws and IV placement if within scope of CMA certification
• Receive verbal orders from Nurse Practitioners as permitted
• Provide basic patient education as directed
• Prepare and stock exam rooms; light cleaning and organization
• Helping with front desk duties including scheduling, check-in, and phone support
• Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control policies

Requirements:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – required
• Knowledge of medications and medical terminology
• Phlebotomy and IV placement experience preferred
• Prior clinical and receptionist experience preferred
