We are interviewing full-time on-site roles for a Medical Assistant. The MA role will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks including assisting clinicians with patient care, performing blood draws, performing and documenting vital signs, managing medical records and documentation, supporting daily office operations, and communicating effectively with patients, team members, and other medical professionals.

Qualifications

• Medical Assisting and Medical Terminology skills
• Experience working in a medical office environment
• Patient Care skills, including phlebotomy
• Experience managing medical records and documentation
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, team members, and other medical professionals
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification is required

Other Job Duties May Include but are Not Limited To:

• Greet and communicate with clients
• Keep office in order
• Answer customers' questions and address concerns
• Answer incoming calls and redirect them or take messages
• Check, sort, and forward emails
• Phlebotomy duties for clients
• Educate clients on Optimal Recovery Modalities
• Assist clients with utilizing Recovery Modalities
• Educate clients on various injection therapies
• Charting in EMR
• Appointment Scheduling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
