Certified Medical Assistant

Job Opportunity: Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA)
Join our outpatient concierge medical practice in central New Jersey! We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and compassionate team player to help our patients achieve and maintain optimal health.

Position Requirements:

• Certified Medical Assistant with outpatient experience
• Strong interpersonal skills, providing courteous and high-quality patient care with a positive attitude.
• Ability to perform clinical tasks efficiently and accurately, while taking a genuine interest in patients' well-being.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Rooming patients and taking vital signs.
• Performing EKGs, phlebotomy, spirometry, and administering injections.
• Light phone work, basic triage, and routine medication refill management (shared with other staff).
• Stocking examination rooms and organizing patient documents.
• Obtaining insurance authorizations and coordinating appointments and records with other offices.
