Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our integrated healthcare team. The CMA serves as a key member of the patient care team, supporting chiropractors, rehabilitation staff, and medical providers while ensuring patients receive exceptional care and guidance throughout their treatment plans.
Essential Responsibilities
Patient Care & Clinical Support
- Assist providers with patient care, examinations, and treatment preparation.
- Escort patients through their treatment plan and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate concerns to providers promptly.
- Educate patients on treatment protocols and reinforce provider recommendations.
- Assist with patient mobility, positioning, and therapeutic exercises as directed.
Patient Compliance & Retention
- Build strong relationships with patients to encourage treatment plan adherence.
- Help patients understand the importance of completing their care plans.
- Identify barriers to treatment compliance and proactively address concerns.
- Support patient retention and wellness conversion initiatives.
Leadership & Accountability
- Take ownership of patient flow and clinic efficiency.
- Lead by example through professionalism, urgency, and a positive attitude.
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
- Identify operational challenges and recommend solutions.
- Support clinic goals through strong communication and teamwork.
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate patient documentation.
- Ensure treatment areas remain clean, organized, and prepared.
- Assist with scheduling coordination and patient follow-up when needed.
- Follow HIPAA, OSHA, and all clinic compliance standards.

Qualifications
- Current CMA certification.
- CPR/BLS certification preferred.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
