Position Summary:
We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) who thrives in a fast-paced setting and has a genuine love for working with children and families. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, dependable, and able to provide both clinical and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Room patients and obtain vital signs, medical histories, and chief complaints
• Administer immunizations and medications as directed
• Perform basic lab procedures and specimen collection
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Educate patients and families on care instructions and follow-ups
• Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling, and patient flow as needed
• Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for patients

Qualifications:

• Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential required
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to remain calm and compassionate in a fast-paced environment
• Must enjoy working with children and supporting families

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
