Certified Medical Assistant – Back Office

Location: Fullerton, CA
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with at least 6 months of experience in a specialty practice. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include assisting with medical procedures, obtaining authorizations, scheduling appointments, and supporting front office operations as needed. Approximately 25% of this role is administrative.

Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
• Minimum 6 months of specialty practice experience preferred
• Experience assisting with procedures, obtaining authorizations, and scheduling appointments preferred
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Front desk experience is a plus
• Fluent Spanish-speaking candidates with medical translation experience are highly desired
