Responsibilities
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.

- Provide medical administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
- Conduct routine laboratory tests and prepare specimens for analysis.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations within the facility.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote patient safety and comfort.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
Skills
- Proficient in Primary Care and Urgent Care practices and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of medication administration protocols.
- Solid understanding of medical administrative support functions.
- Excellent patient care skills with a focus on empathy and communication.
- Knowledge of human physiology to assist in patient assessments.
- Familiarity with outpatient services and Level II Trauma Center operations is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations typical of emergency medicine environments.
