Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patient reactions.
• Provide medical administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
• Conduct routine laboratory tests and prepare specimens for analysis.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations within the facility.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote patient safety and comfort.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.

Skills

• Proficient in Primary Care and Urgent Care practices and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of medication administration protocols.
• Solid understanding of medical administrative support functions.
• Excellent patient care skills with a focus on empathy and communication.
• Knowledge of human physiology to assist in patient assessments.
• Familiarity with outpatient services and Level II Trauma Center operations is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations typical of emergency medicine environments.
