Job Description

We are a growing endocrinology and diabetes clinic seeking a reliable and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will support providers in delivering high-quality patient care and help ensure smooth clinic operations.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and record vital signs
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
• Administer injections and perform basic clinical procedures
• Update and maintain patient records in the EMR
• Assist with prior authorizations, referrals, and medication refills
• Maintain exam rooms and follow infection control protocols
• Provide excellent patient service and communication
• Assist providers with patient care and clinic workflow

Qualifications

• Current CMA certification required
• New graduates welcome to apply
• Knowledge of EMR systems preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, dependable, and patient-focused

Compensation

• $18.00–$21.00 per hour
• 90-day probationary period

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
