StreamXCare (SXC) is hiring on behalf of a growing vascular and interventional radiology practice with multiple office-based labs (OBLs). Our team specializes in advanced minimally invasive procedures including vein treatments, PAD interventions, angiograms, UFE, GAE, and other vascular procedures.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support both clinical and operational functions across our growing practice.
This role goes beyond traditional medical assistant responsibilities and requires someone comfortable assisting with in-office vascular procedures, coordinating patient care, managing scheduling workflows, communicating with patients, and supporting operational tracking and reporting.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced in vascular, surgical, interventional radiology, cardiology, or office-based lab settings.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Responsibilities
- Assist physicians and clinical staff during vascular and interventional procedures
- Prepare and maintain exam rooms and procedure rooms
- Take and document patient vitals, histories, and clinical information
- Assist with sterile field preparation and in-office procedures including vein treatments and vascular procedures
- Support patient intake, discharge, and post-procedure instructions
- Order labs, imaging, and diagnostic testing as directed by providers
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, labs, procedure preparation, and clinical instructions
- Perform patient outreach calls and assist with scheduling coordination
- Maintain clinical inventory and assist with supply management
Scheduling & Patient Coordination
- Coordinate consults, follow-ups, and procedure scheduling within eClinicalWorks (eCW)
- Assist in maintaining visibility across patient flow and scheduling progression
- Help ensure patients complete required labs, clearances, imaging, and authorizations prior to procedures
- Support communication between providers, scheduling staff, patients, and administrative teams
- Monitor patient tracking systems and assist with workflow organization
Reporting & Operational Support
- Assist with tracking operational metrics including procedure volume, scheduling activity, and patient flow
- Build and maintain reports using Excel and Google Sheets
- Organize data into clear, structured reports for leadership review
- Help identify workflow delays or operational gaps and escalate concerns appropriately
- Support general administrative and operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) required
- 2+ years of experience in vascular, interventional radiology, surgical, cardiology, or office-based lab settings preferred
- Comfortable assisting with in-office procedures and working in procedural environments
- Experience calling patients, coordinating care, and managing follow-up communication
- Experience ordering labs and coordinating imaging/testing preferred
- Proficiency with eClinicalWorks (eCW) strongly preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in vein, vascular, interventional radiology, or OBL environments
- Familiarity with procedure scheduling and authorization workflows
- Experience with operational reporting or workflow tracking
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 annually (based on experience)
