As our clinic expands into family medicine, we are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to support our provider and help deliver efficient, compassionate care.

Position Summary

The Medical Assistant will play a vital role in supporting our family medicine services, while also assisting with pediatric patients as needed.

This role is ideal for someone who is clinically skilled, adaptable, and enjoys working with both adults and children in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Clinical Duties

• Room patients, obtain medical histories, and record vital signs accurately
• Prepare patients for exams and assist the provider during visits and procedures
• Administer injections and vaccines, perform basic lab tests, and document results
• Provide patient education and follow-up instructions as directed by the provider

Clinic Operations

• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked exam rooms
• Ensure clinical supplies are monitored and replenished as needed
• Support both family medicine and pediatric workflows throughout the day

Administrative Support

• Assist with front desk responsibilities as needed, including answering phones, scheduling, and patient check-in/check-out

Qualifications

• Certification as a Medical Assistant is required
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and customer service skills with both adults and children
• Reliable, professional, and punctual
• Previous experience in family medicine or pediatrics preferred, but not required

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• No evenings, weekends, or major holidays — enjoy consistent hours and early-finish Fridays for better work-life balance
• Pay: $13–19/hour, depending on qualifications
