Certified Medical Assistant / Front Desk

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

About us

Manhattan Medical Group's Cardiology Clinic, Heart & Vascular Clinics, is currently looking for highly motivated, dependable Medical Assistant for a full time position.

The Medical Assistant is responsible for:

• Preparing exam rooms for patient appointments.
• Rooming patients upon arrival.
• Checking Vital signs
• Reviewing and updating current medication information.
• Performing ekg's.

We are looking for the following skills and experience:

• A service oriented teamwork mindset
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional time management skills, multi-tasking and prioritize tasks
• A current BLS/CPR certification

Clinic starts at 8a and runs till 5p, Monday, through Friday. Must be able to travel to our outreach clinics. No weekends and No Holidays.

Certification is preferred.

• EMR systems: 2 years (Preferred)
