Prepare examination rooms, keeping them neat, clean, and well-stocked. Maintain and prepare equipment for testing (e.g., ECG), conduct daily checks, and assist with light routine maintenance.
- Clinical Support: Assist the Gynecologist with all Women's Health procedures (e.g., LEEP, IUD, Colposcopy) and exams, perform phlebotomy, and prepare specimens for lab testing. Coordinate follow-up care, including scheduling surgeries, diagnostic tests, specialty care, and other recommended treatment.
- Supply Management: Track, log, and facilitate re-ordering of medical supplies and vaccines. Maintain accurate inventory records to ensure seamless clinical operations.
- Patient Experience & Feedback: Support the Clinical Operations team by monitoring real-time patient feedback and helping resolve any operational issues or concerns.
