The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and certified Medical Assistant to join our clinical team. In this full-time, on-site role, you will work under the supervision of the Director of Medical Services, providing vital clinical and administrative support to our clients and care teams. What You'll Do
Clinical Support:

Administer injectable medications and perform phlebotomy within New Jersey's scope of practice

Support onsite medical care for PHP and IOP clients

Monitor and record vital signs with accuracy and attention to detail

Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols, infection control measures, and safety standards
Administrative Support:

Schedule in-person and telehealth appointments for medical and clinical providers

Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records using the Kipu EMR system (training provided if needed)

Assist with client intakes and coordinate group session setup

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements
What You Bring
Required:
-
Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program
-
Current CMA or RMA certification
-
Proficiency in administering injections and performing phlebotomy within New Jersey's scope of practice

Experience with electronic medical record systems

Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Full-time, on-site availability in Manalapan Township, NJ
Preferred:

Experience with Kipu EMR (training provided if not)
Benefits
Compensation and Benefits
$20.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on experience, plus medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid vacation, sick leave, public holidays, and maternity and paternity leave.
