Position Overview
Body Balance Medical & Body Balance Aesthetics is a fast-growing wellness and aesthetic clinic specializing in medical weight loss, hormone therapy, IV therapy, peptides, and cosmetic treatments. We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and energetic Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate is someone who can multitask efficiently, assist providers, perform blood draws, manage patient flow, and follow up with leads to help convert patient inquiries into booked consultations and treatments. Candidates with experience working in a medical spa, wellness clinic, or OB-GYN clinic are strongly encouraged to apply. This position also includes commission opportunities for successful service and package sales.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Patient Care

• Room patients quickly and efficiently in a high-volume clinic
• Obtain vitals, patient history, and documentation
• Perform blood draws and process lab specimens
• Administer vitamin injections and boosters as directed
• Assist providers with weight loss treatments, hormone therapy, IV therapy, and aesthetic procedures
• Prepare and restock treatment rooms
• Assist with InBody scans and patient intake for weight loss consultations
• Maintain clinical cleanliness and organization

Med Spa Sales & Lead Follow-Up

• Follow up with med spa and wellness leads from phone, text, website, and social media
• Make outbound calls to new patient inquiries to schedule consultations
• Educate patients on services including weight loss programs, IV therapy, peptides, hormones, Botox, fillers, and skin treatments
• Convert leads into scheduled appointments and treatment packages
• Confidently discuss pricing, promotions, and treatment options

Clinic Operations

• Maintain a welcoming, friendly environment for patients
• Support front desk when needed with scheduling and patient check-in/check-out
• Assist with inventory and supply management
• Help ensure smooth patient flow in a busy clinic

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification or relevant clinical experience preferred
• Phlebotomy experience required
• Experience in a medical spa, wellness clinic, or OB-GYN clinic preferred
• Experience handling med spa sales leads or patient conversions strongly preferred
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced clinic
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
