Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Medical Assistant /Phlebotomist with Aethetics experience to join our MedSpa and healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical setting, medSpa and customer care , or urgent care settings and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care. This position requires proficiency in medical terminology and familiarity with various clinical systems, ensuring smooth operations within our clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures, ensuring a high standard of patient care.
• Make phone calls to confirm patient schedule
• Draw blood for Labs
• Answer phone calls
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.
• Perform routine clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, preparing patients f, and conducting basic lab tests.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with medical standards.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care effectively within a MedSpa settings
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care as needed.
• Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited program is required.
• Previous experience in MedSpa or urgent care is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical systems used in healthcare settings.
• Proficiency in medication administration and patient care protocols.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Commitment to providing compassionate care to all patients.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
