Certified Medical Assistant/Scribe

Medical Assistant/Scribe — Concierge Primary Care & Longevity Medicine

Concierge Primary Care & Longevity | Full-Time | On-Site

About Us

We are a boutique, membership-based primary care and longevity medicine center dedicated to delivering a white-glove healthcare experience to our panel of patients. Our philosophy blends evidence-based preventive medicine, diet and exercise prescriptions, advanced biomarker analysis, and deeply personalized care with disease prevention and reversal as the goal. Every member of our team is expected to embody that standard in every interaction, every day.

The Role

You are the right hand to our physician and a primary touchpoint for our members — responsible for both the clinical and relational dimensions of care. Every visit should be clinically precise, logistically seamless, and warmly human. This is not a high-volume position. It's a role for someone who wants to move thoughtfully through a small, deeply cared-for patient community. This small role embodies data entry, chart review, patient care, phone triage, care coordination with physician and staff. Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly is critical.

Responsibilities

Clinical Care: Room patients with care and intention; take and document thorough vitals; perform phlebotomy, EKG, and in-office diagnostics; administer medications and vaccines; assist with minor procedures; process laboratory specimens.

EHR & Documentation: Work with accuracy in athenahealth (athenaOne) preferred; manage chart documentation, chart full health measures reconciliation, incoming results, and follow-up tasks with meticulous attention to detail.

Patient Communication: Be a warm, reliable point of contact before, during, and after visits. Coordinate specialist referrals, follow up on outstanding results, relay information through the patient portal, and communicate complex health topics in plain, accessible language — always with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

Required: Current MA certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent); minimum 5 years of clinical experience in primary care, internal medicine, or comparably complex setting; proficiency in phlebotomy, EKG, and medication administration; exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; BLS/CPR certified; valid driver's license; unwavering commitment to patient privacy and confidentiality.

Preferred: Athenahealth (athenaOne) experience; background in concierge, direct primary care, functional, or longevity medicine; executive physical or biomarker program experience; phlebotomy certification.

Who You Are

You take pride in doing small things beautifully. You're organized, calm under pressure, and never let a patient feel like a number. You know when someone needs warmth, when they need efficiency, and when they need information — and you deliver all three with ease. You hold yourself to a high standard not because you're told to, but because you genuinely care about the work.
