Certified Medication Aide (CMA) Med Tech - 2nd Shift (3PM-11PM) - Assisted Living

At The Gardens at Calvary, we exist to provide a home of loving and compassionate care for seniors who need more day-to-day assistance while maintaining their dignity in a Christ-like environment. We’re seeking a caring and dependable Certified Medication Aide (CMA) Med Tech to join our dedicated Assisted Living team on our evening shift (3PM-11PM) with alternating weekends.

As a CMA for our Assisted Living residents, you’ll play a vital role in providing both medication administration and personal care while building meaningful connections with residents and families.

What You’ll Do:

• Safely and accurately administer prescribed medications to residents in accordance with state regulations and community policies.
• Monitor residents for side effects and changes in condition, reporting concerns promptly to nursing leadership.
• Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs), promoting comfort and independence.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure medication carts and records are always secure and organized.
• Foster a warm, positive environment that reflects our community’s values of respect, compassion, and teamwork.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active CMA certification in good standing with the state.
• Experience in Memory Care or Assisted Living preferred, but not required – we’ll provide training and ongoing support.
• Compassionate and patient approach to care.
• Dependability and a strong sense of responsibility for resident safety and well-being.
• A team player with excellent communication skills and a heart for seniors.
• Ability to work weekends.
