What We’re Looking For:

Med Tech Qualifications:

• Certified/licensed to pass medications in the state of Idaho (or ability to obtain certification)
• Experience with medication administration and documentation
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Dependability and compassion for working with seniors

Caregiver Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to assist residents with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Kind, patient, and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities May Include:

• Medication delivery and documentation (Med Techs)
• Charting and incident reporting
• Supporting residents with daily needs and personal care (Caregivers)
• Assisting with meal service and light housekeeping
• Communicating with physicians, nurses, and family members
• Most importantly — making a difference in the lives of our seniors!

Schedule & Pay:

• Shifts: 8-hour shifts, weekends and holidays required
• Job Types: Full-time (SWING available) 2pm - 10:30pm
• Pay Range: $18.00 – $18.75 per hour
