Certified Medication Technician

CareCore at Margaret Hall is currently seeking a reliable and compassionate Medication Technician (Med Tech) to join our team. If you are passionate about caring for seniors and want to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications to residents according to physician orders and facility policies
• Accurately document medication administration and report any concerns
• Monitor residents for medication reactions or changes in condition
• Assist nursing staff with resident care as needed
• Maintain medication carts and ensure proper storage of medications
• Follow all safety and infection control procedures
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Current Medication Technician certification required
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused
