Certified Medication Technician or Qualified Medication Aide

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Medication Technicians (CMTs) to join our team at our 15-resident assisted living facility. We pride ourselves on providing a high level of personalized care in a close-knit, supportive environment.

We are currently hiring for two distinct roles:

Role 1: Full-Time Evening CMT

• Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week

• Pay Range: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour (starting)

Role 2: Part-Time Morning CMT

• Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Hours: Part-time

• Pay Range: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour (starting)

Key Responsibilities

• Medication Administration: Safely administer medications to residents in accordance with state regulations and physician orders.

• Resident Care: Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and monitor the overall well-being of our 15 residents.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate medication administration records (MARs) and report any changes in resident condition to the supervisor.

• Communication: Act as a bridge between residents, families, and medical providers to ensure seamless care.

Qualifications

• Certification: Must possess a valid State Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certificate.

• Experience: Previous experience in an assisted living or geriatric care setting is preferred.

• Skills: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a genuine passion for working with the elderly.

• Availability: Ability to work the specified shift consistently.
