Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Welder bilingual (English/Spanish) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and components, ensuring high-quality welds and adherence to safety standards. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various materials and tools in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Perform welding tasks using various techniques including MIG and TIG welding.
• Fabricate metal components based on blueprints and specifications.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and assembling metal parts.
• Conduct pipe threading and soldering as needed for specific projects.
• Operate plasma cutting equipment for precise cuts in metal sheets.
• Work with sheet metal to create custom parts and assemblies.
• Use a micrometer to ensure accurate measurements during fabrication processes.
• Rig materials safely for transport or assembly within the workspace.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.

Skills

• Proficiency in welding techniques including MIG and TIG welding aluminum and steel.
• Experience with pipe threading, soldering, and plasma cutting.
• Ability to fabricate components from blueprints or technical drawings.
• Competence in operating forklifts safely for material handling.
• Strong skills in using hand tools such as grinders, saws, and drills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to build complex structures accurately.
• Knowledge of measurement tools such as micrometers for precision work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
