Position Summary

As a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) on our night shift team, you will play a critical role in ensuring residents receive compassionate, high-quality care in a safe and comfortable environment. This PRN/on-call position offers flexibility while supporting overnight care needs, including assistance with activities of daily living and monitoring resident well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs throughout the night
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical and emotional conditions to nursing staff
• Assist with repositioning and transfers to ensure resident comfort and safety
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for residents
• Accurately document care provided in accordance with policies and procedures
• Support a calm, respectful, and restful overnight environment

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state of Nebraska
• Previous long-term care experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently and stay alert during overnight hours
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
