Position Summary:
As a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA), you will play a key role in delivering hands-on, compassionate care to residents while supporting their comfort, dignity, and overall well-being. This position works closely with nursing leadership to ensure high-quality care and a positive resident experience. Ideal candidates are dependable, team-oriented, and committed to making a meaningful impact each day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide safe transfers and repositioning using proper techniques
• Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to nursing staff
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and feeding as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Promote a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and infection control guidelines

Qualifications:

• Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in good standing
• Previous experience in long-term care or healthcare setting preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
