Position Summary

The CNA is responsible for providing hands-on resident care / nursing support / and service in accordance with the individualized care plans, facility policies, and current state and federal guidelines. This role plays a key part in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

● Provide [clinical / dietary / supportive] services that meet residents’ needs and care goals

● Follow all care plans and physician orders accurately

● Document services provided per policy and regulatory requirements

● Communicate clearly with residents, families, and team members

● Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment

● Report changes in resident condition or concerns to appropriate supervisor

● [Optional: Any role-specific duty – e.g., assist with ADLs for CNA, administer medications for LPN, prepare therapeutic diets for Cook]

Qualifications

● High school diploma or equivalent

● CNA in good standing with Ohio Registry

● Previous experience in a senior care setting preferred

● Strong communication, teamwork, and reliability

● Ability to meet physical demands of the role

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
