About the Role: We're looking for a Certified Nurse Midwife to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll provide full-scope midwifery care, including obstetric, gynecologic, and newborn services. You'll collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure every patient receives high-quality, personalized care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive OB/GYN care in both clinical and hospital settings
• Support and manage labor and delivery with a focus on low-intervention birth when appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in staff meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing education
• Serve as a compassionate resource and advocate for patients throughout their reproductive journey

What We're Looking For:

• Licensed Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) in the state of Nebraska
• 3–7 years of experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
• Flexible, adaptable, and organized
