Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant

Since 2003, Maxa Internal Medicine has been known for delivering exceptional care with genuine compassion—and we’re growing. Our office is seeking a Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) with 2+ years of experience to join our independent and well- established, patient-focused practice serving patients ages 15+.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time, 4.5-day workweek
• No after-hours call
• No weekend office hours
• $140,000 – $160,000 salary (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Interpret lab results and manage patient care plans
• Assist with medication refills and ongoing care
• Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care

Qualifications:

• Certified PA-C or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Experience with EClinicalWorks EMR is a plus
