Certified Nursing Assistant

We are currently seeking a caring and committed Care Assistant to join our friendly team and help us deliver outstanding care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and support to residents with varying needs
• Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Support residents with daily living tasks and promote independence
• Monitor and record health conditions and report any concerns to senior staff
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and a listening ear
• Help serve meals and assist residents during mealtimes
• Maintain a clean, safe, and homely environment
• Work closely with families, colleagues, and healthcare professionals

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential – full training provided
• A kind, patient, and empathetic nature
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• A genuine passion for caring for the elderly and young children
