About the Position: We’re looking for dedicated, compassionate CNAs to join our team and help create the comfortable, caring home every resident deserves. As a CNA with us, you’ll play an important hands-on role in providing quality care and building meaningful connections with residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Help with meal service and feeding as needed
• Take and record vital signs, report changes to nursing staff
• Support medication administration (if certified to do so)
• Keep resident areas clean and comfortable
• Engage with residents to encourage social connection and a positive environment
• Work as part of a caring team to ensure each resident feels respected, safe, and valued

What We’re Looking For:

• Active CNA license
• Kind, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Be able to pass a background check
• A genuine passion for helping others and creating a supportive home environment
