Certified Nursing Assistant

Overview
We are seeking two compassionate, dedicated On-Call Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our healthcare team. We need one for weekdays and one for weekends. You get paid whether you work or not!

This role provides vital support in delivering high-quality patient care in home care environments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in patient care, with experience in geriatric and dementia care. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives while working within a professional and supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Be available for work on short notice in the event of a call-in or an emergency
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support.
• Medication reminders
• Provide specialized care for clients with Alzheimer's disease or dementia.
• Maintain a safe, calm environment
• Support patient safety by recognizing potential hazards
• Provide companionship and engagement
• Document clearly
• Communicate respectfully

Qualifications:

• Active CNA license
• Dementia experience preferred
• Reliable transportation

Pay: $16.50 - $21.00 per hour
