Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate team. In this vital role, you will provide essential hands-on care to patients across various settings, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help foster a trusting environment where patients feel cared for and respected.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using tools like Hoyer lifts when necessary.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates.
• Support medication administration under supervision in accordance with healthcare protocols.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
• Provide specialized care for patients with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, including memory care techniques.
• Support patients with complex needs in various settings including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and home care environments.
• Follow aseptic techniques and infection control procedures to ensure patient safety and hygiene.

Skills

• Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and basic life support (BLS).
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as eClinicalWorks or Epic.
• Ability to perform phlebotomy and catheter care when required.
• Experience in acute care environments including ICU or Level I Trauma Centers is a plus.
• Strong caregiving skills with a focus on geriatrics, pediatrics, or post-acute care settings.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
