Location: Lakewood, CO
Status: Part-Time or PRN
Shift: NOC Shift | Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Lakewood is hiring CNAs for NOC shift openings. We are looking for dependable CNAs who are attentive, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced resident care environment overnight.

This role is heavily involved in nighttime resident support, overnight routines, answering call lights, assisting with mobility, and helping residents feel safe and cared for throughout the shift.

What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Answer call lights and provide hands-on resident support throughout the shift
• Take and document vital signs
• Assist with repositioning and transfers
• Support nighttime and early morning care routines
• Communicate resident updates and concerns with nursing staff
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents

Qualifications

• Active Colorado CNA license required
• Previous long-term care or healthcare experience preferred
• Ability to work overnight shifts consistently
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
