Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Assisted Living

Pay: $16–$17/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time / Part-time | Day, Evening, and Night shifts available

Position Summary
As a CNA at Rosewood, you will play a key role in supporting residents with daily living activities while promoting dignity, safety, and independence. This is a hands-on role that requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide prompt response to call lights and resident needs
• Observe and report changes in condition to nurse or leadership
• Assist with transfers and use of mobility equipment safely
• Support meal service, hydration, and basic housekeeping as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Work collaboratively with med techs, nurses, and leadership
• Follow all facility policies, safety procedures, and state regulations

Expectations

• Be reliable, on time, and ready to work your full shift
• Provide respectful, resident-centered care at all times
• Communicate clearly with team members and leadership
• Stay engaged on the floor—this is not a sit-down role
• Be willing to help cover shifts or support the team when needed

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (Utah)
• Current CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain)
• Previous assisted living or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and team mentality
• Ability to pass background check
