Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Assisted Living
Pay: $16–$17/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time / Part-time | Day, Evening, and Night shifts available

Position Summary
As a CNA at Rosewood, you will play a key role in supporting residents with daily living activities while promoting dignity, safety, and independence. This is a hands-on role that requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to resident care.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Provide prompt response to call lights and resident needs
- Observe and report changes in condition to nurse or leadership
- Assist with transfers and use of mobility equipment safely
- Support meal service, hydration, and basic housekeeping as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Work collaboratively with med techs, nurses, and leadership
- Follow all facility policies, safety procedures, and state regulations
Expectations
- Be reliable, on time, and ready to work your full shift
- Provide respectful, resident-centered care at all times
- Communicate clearly with team members and leadership
- Stay engaged on the floor—this is not a sit-down role
- Be willing to help cover shifts or support the team when needed
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification (Utah)
- Current CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain)
- Previous assisted living or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and team mentality
- Ability to pass background check
