Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in medical terminology, vital signs monitoring, and patient service, with experience in diverse clinical areas such as geriatrics, behavioral health. Duties

• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility using equipment like Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices.
• Monitor and record vital signs accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) or EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems to ensure precise documentation of patient status.
• Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, including memory care strategies and behavioral health support.
• Maintain a safe environment by following infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification with current state licensure.
• Experience working Skilled Nursing Facility a plus.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and patient safety standards such as HIPAA compliance.
• Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges across settings like assisted living or home & community care.
• Critical care experience or background in emergency medicine is highly desirable.
• Strong caregiving skills complemented by excellent communication and teamwork abilities to support senior care, pediatrics, behavioral health, and post-acute care needs. Pay: $19.00 - $27.00 per hour
