Duties

• Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems
• Cook meals for 3 clients
• Medication administration
• Daily communication notes
• Proven experience in diverse healthcare environments including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home care
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or behavioral health needs in at home settings
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare teams and provide compassionate patient service
