Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Northern Metropolitan Adult Day Health Center is actively seeking CNA Team Members to work Full-Time or Per-Diem for our Adult Day Care facility located in Airmont, NY.

We are now offering a $500 Sign-On bonus!

Duties:

• Assist clients with daily living activities
• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in recreational activities.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by following infection control protocols.
• Communicate effectively with clients, and other healthcare team members.
• Document care provided and report any changes in clients’ condition to the nursing staff.
• Help with toileting and continence care.
• Provide emotional support and reassurance to clients.
• Assist with transportation to and from the facility if needed.
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training sessions.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Must be able to work as a team member
• Successful completion of a CNA program
• Current NY State Certification
• In good standing with State Registry
• Russian speaking preferred
