Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, kiosks, etc., in an informative and descriptive manner

• Report all changes in the resident's condition to the Charge/Staff Nurse as soon as practical

• Receive the nursing report upon reporting on/off duty and maintain other records as directed

• Perform and/or assist residents with all hygienic and grooming functions, including dental and mouth care, bathing, dressing, shaving, bowel and bladder functions

• Check residents routinely to assure that their personal care needs are being met per the plan of care

• Provide residents with Social Interactions

• Present a positive image of the facility to all customers, such as job applicants, families, and the community

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• State Certified Nursing Assistant CNA certification

• Prior experience as nursing assistant preferred but not required
