Magnolia Wellness Center is hiring Full-Time Evening Shift CNAs (3pm-11pm) to join our fun, team-oriented nursing staff. If you’re passionate about resident care and want to work somewhere you feel appreciated and supported, we’d love to meet you!

CNA Qualifications

• Active CNA license in the state of Missouri
• BLS and CPR Certification required
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Patient, tactful, and compassionate with a cheerful disposition
• Willingness to meet residents where they are and provide care with dignity and respect
  
  
  

CNA Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including hygiene and bathing
• Prepare and transport residents for therapy, activities, physician visits, and services
• Respond promptly to resident call lights
• Attend in-service education, training programs, and meetings as directed
• Follow infection control and isolation procedures per facility policy
• Accurately document care and required information each shift
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
• Uphold resident rights and company standards at all times
